I'd say organize them by Project:  

Like Demon Hunters,

Gamers,

Journey Quest,

Shorts,

New Projects,

Web Stuff, Have a tie in with Matt Vancil's Blog.

 

Be cool if it were a graphic like on the DVD with icons
